I am a fully qualified and registered classical homeopath R.S.Hom and have personally used homoeopathy for my own health for over 20 years and have studied and practised homeopathy for over 7 years.
I sit and discuss you and your conditions to understand you as a whole and take a holistic view on how to help you on the path to recovery by prescribing homeopathic remedies and giving any other important advice.

Indian Head Massage

I am a professionally qualified Indian head massage therapist. I give an ayurvedic style Indian head massage to help relax and unwind from modern-day stresses.
Reiki

I am a qualified Reiki practitioner. I practice a more traditional Japanese method focusing on letting energy flow to your chakras to body. I practice a none contact reiki.
Thermal-auricular Therapy also known as Ear Candling

I am a certified Thermal-auricular therapist. You may know it as ear candling. It is a therapy conducted in a calm tranquil state that involves placing a hollow, wax-covered hollow tube “candle” in the ear and lighting the top. The burning creates a drawing and can help relieve pressure in the ear.
Applied Kinesiology

This will be beneficial to help understand the best possible diet for you, and to help tailor a diet to contain food that your body can easily process, which will help you feel healthier and happier overall.
Nutrition

Understanding what you are and are not supposed to eat these days can be hard. Looking into your everyday diet can help provide you with some clarity and help you make wiser choices to improve your health and wellbeing.
